How can I order tiles online?
Browse the collection, shortlist your designs, then send a Request a Quote with your quantity, city and delivery location. We check availability and delivery cost, send you a clear quotation, and only after you approve it do we confirm the order and arrange delivery under the agreed terms.
Are prices available per square foot?
Prices change with quantity, batch and supplier rates, so instead of posting prices that may be out of date, every product shows Price on Request. Your quotation states the confirmed tile price per square foot and per box for your exact quantity before you pay anything.
How is the number of tiles calculated?
Multiply the room length by its width to get the area, divide by the area of one tile, and round up. Then add wastage for cutting and breakage — about 10 percent for straight layouts. Our free tile calculator on this page does the full calculation, including boxes, in seconds.
Can I order tiles for an entire house?
Yes. Whole-house orders are common: floor tiles for lounges and bedrooms, bathroom sets, kitchen splashbacks and outdoor areas in one enquiry. Send the list room by room, or share your house plan, and the quotation will organise quantities design by design.
Do you provide contractor quotations?
Yes — contractors, builders and developers can request project quotations with multiple products and quantities. Use the Wholesale and Projects form with your company details, project city and expected purchase date so availability can be planned properly.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery depends on the total quantity and weight, the distance to your city, packaging, and whether unloading help is needed. It is quoted separately and transparently with your product quotation after the route is checked — there are no hidden delivery charges added later.
How can I confirm stock availability?
Send a quote request for the design and quantity you need. Availability is checked with the supplier for your exact quantity before your order is confirmed, because tile stock and batches move quickly and a smaller quantity may be available when a larger one is not.
What should I check when tiles arrive?
Count the cartons against the delivery documents, check the product code and shade on the boxes match your order, and open a few cartons to inspect for visible damage before the transporter leaves. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery challan and take photographs the same day.
What happens if cartons are damaged?
If damage is noted on the delivery challan with photographs taken at delivery, we will guide you through the claim and arrange the replacement or refund process described in our Returns, Damage and Refund Policy. Damage reported late or after fixing is much harder to claim, so inspection at delivery matters.
Can I request a sample?
Sample requests can be noted in your quote enquiry. Where a sample service is available for a design, we will confirm the arrangement with your quotation; where it is not, we can share additional photographs and specifications to help you decide.
Are shades and batches guaranteed to match?
Tiles are produced in batches, and slight shade variation between batches is normal across the tile industry. That is why we recommend ordering the full quantity for one space from a single batch, plus spares — and why re-orders of the same design later cannot be guaranteed to match exactly.
How do I request a bulk quotation?
Use the Request a Quote page or the Wholesale and Projects form. List each product or design, the approximate square feet per item, your city and your expected purchase date. The more complete the list, the faster and more accurately your bulk quotation can be prepared.
