Tiles for Homes, Renovations and Construction Projects Across Pakistan

Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how delivery works for tile orders placed through PakTiles Studio. Final delivery terms for your specific order are confirmed in writing with your quotation before the order is accepted.

Delivery Availability

Delivery is subject to route and transporter availability. We arrange delivery through approved suppliers or logistics partners, and a delivery is only promised once the route for your city and quantity has been confirmed. If a route cannot be confirmed for an order, that is stated before you approve the quotation — not after.

How Freight Is Calculated

Freight depends on the quantity and total weight of the tiles, the distance to your city, the packaging required, and any special delivery requirements (for example, delivery inside a housing society or to an upper floor). Your quotation shows delivery as a separate, transparent line so you can see exactly what transport costs.

Unloading

Tiles are heavy and are normally delivered to the ground floor or kerbside. Where unloading help or carrying is required, it must be agreed in advance; unloading charges, where applicable, are disclosed in the quotation rather than appearing at the door. [PLACEHOLDER: owner to confirm standard unloading arrangements.]

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery dates are confirmed with the supplier and transporter after your order is accepted. Estimates are honest planning figures, not guarantees — if a delay arises, you are informed and the revised date is shared. [PLACEHOLDER: owner to confirm typical dispatch windows per route.]

Receiving Your Tiles

  • Be present at delivery, or send a representative who can inspect the cartons.
  • Count cartons against the delivery challan before signing.
  • Check product codes and shade numbers on the boxes against your order.
  • Open a sample of cartons and photograph any visible damage the same day.
  • Note damage or shortages on the delivery challan before the transporter leaves.

See the Returns, Damage & Refund Policy for what happens next if something arrives damaged.
