These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries and orders placed through the PakTiles Studio website. By requesting a quotation you agree to the process described here.

Quotations and Orders

An enquiry or quote request is not an order. An order is formed only when a quotation has been issued, you have approved it, and the order has been confirmed under the payment terms stated in that quotation. Product availability, pricing and delivery dates are confirmed at quotation stage because supplier stock and rates change.

Pricing

Prices shown through quotations are per square foot and/or per box as stated, valid for the quantity and validity period written on the quotation. If prices vary by batch or quantity, the final figure is confirmed before payment. [PLACEHOLDER: owner to confirm standard quotation validity period.]

Payment

Payment methods accepted for an order are those stated on its quotation, which may include bank transfer or approved mobile payment services once configured by the business. Product Information

Product descriptions, sizes and coverage figures are provided in good faith. Tiles are manufactured in batches; slight shade and size variation within industry tolerance is normal and is not a defect. Photographs are representative of the design; colour may vary with screen settings and lighting.

Delivery, Damage and Returns

Delivery and returns are governed by the Delivery & Shipping Policy and the Returns, Damage & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable Pakistani law. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
